These terms apply to: the FinWa company website, inquiry and contact forms, and general information services. Product-specific terms (FinWa POS, AuraDine, Walinko) are governed by separate agreements between FinWa and those product's users.

FinWa builds and licences software products. Use of any FinWa software product (FinWa POS, AuraDine, Walinko) is subject to a separate Software Licence Agreement or SaaS terms provided at the time of onboarding.

Custom software development engagements are governed by separate project agreements and statements of work.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FinWa does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Pricing, timelines, and service descriptions on the website are indicative only. Actual project scope and pricing are confirmed in formal project agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinWa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
